Formerly known as B+N Group, the Group increased its sales revenue by 20%, from EUR 765 million (HUF 302 billion) in 2024 to EUR 926 million (HUF 357 billion) in 2025. Group unaudited annual EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to EUR 82 million (HUF 32 billion), a 7% increase from 2024.
In 2025, the Group’s performance continued to benefit from its customer-centric approach – providing full‐scale facility management services with customised solutions, transparent processes, and sustainability in mind. Aligned to its strategy to expand market share across Central and Eastern Europe and maximising synergies within the Group, in January 2025 the Group entered a new strategic market with the completion of its acquisition of the KÖBERL Group, one of Germany’s leading facility management and building engineering service providers. Today, LIWO Group provides facility management services at approximately 21,000 locations across nine countries, and aims to accelerate its M&A activity in its core markets across both hard and soft facility management services.
The Group’s strong 2025 performance also reflected the further development of the Group’s service offering, as it continued to integrate proprietary technology such as robotics and internet of things to further optimise performance and efficiency and enhance its competitive advantage.
The company continues its successful growth under a new name
On 2 March 2026, B+N Group announced that it is continuing its operational and international growth under a new brand name: LIWO Group. The rebrand introduces a single, internationally recognisable identity designed to support the group’s expansion and brand-building activities across Europe. The name LIWO is inspired by the Group’s former slogan, “We are working for a more livable world.” The acronym captures this idea and expresses the Group’s commitment to creating a more livable environment through responsible, sustainable operations.
Founded more than 30 years ago, LIWO has now grown to be a major player in facility management services, operating in Hungary, Germany, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Romania. As part of its growth strategy, the Group is continuing with its preparation for a potential 2026 IPO, which will remain dependent on market conditions, among other factors.

The Hungarian-owned LIWO Group started more than thirty years ago as a family business and has since grown into a leading facility management company in Central and Eastern Europe. Technological innovation and the increasing mechanization of services have played a key role in its development. Today, the Group’s portfolio ranges from traditional and specialized cleaning to technical facility operations, healthcare hygiene services, asset protection, and green space management.
István Vécsei, International Operations Director, highlights that the future of facility management depends on the right balance of technology, organisation and people. Sustainability, meanwhile, is not a matter of choice but the foundation of long-term operation.
