STRICT CONTROL, MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
As non-compliance with hygiene regulations can directly impact patient safety and increase infection rates, cleanliness is monitored on multiple levels through rigorous procedures. Beyond visual inspections, cleaning efficiency is verified using a surface inspection system known as the glow check, where UV-visible markers indicate hygiene standards and the thoroughness of cleaning. We also perform ATP sampling tests to detect organic contaminants remaining on surfaces. As part of the cleaning protocol, our colleagues conduct microbiological sampling as well, either through swab or contact plate methods. The samples are analysed in a laboratory, where the presence of pathogens and any multi-resistant strains are determined.
Effective cleaning starts with a highly trained workforce. Our employees are required to attend cleaning hygiene and technology training sessions twice a year, and their acquired knowledge is assessed through testing. If any improper practices are identified, additional training sessions are organized to refresh and reinforce their expertise.

Our goal is to be a partner that not only responds to client needs but also supports the long-term elevation of operational standards.
